Refuge Skate Shoppe

Last night Mad Minds played a show in Dearborn Michigan at Refuge skate shop. I wasnt really expecting much, but it turned out to be awesome.

First off the shop itself was super nice and its awesome the owner lets shows happen there. I dont know if anyone from the Detriot area reads this but they should support that spot if they do. I wish i could have seen Right Idea/First Step play there, cause it was probally pure madness. My boy Geoff from BG also came out to watch and it was cool gettin to see him.

We met some real cool guys, the band Dragtown from somewhere around there brought the rawk. Very impressed by such young kids, their drummer is 16 and has more tats and muscles then most people my age.

Face Reality played their first show, definatley sound promising, had cool riffage.

Red Handed from Cali was alright. Cool dudes, wasnt all that into their style, but a lot of kids were, Carlson picked up a 7inch ill try and give a listen.

All in all great times were had. Hopefully more will be in the future.
